A garland over a door is a two-hour job. A full room for 200 guests is a different animal — design phase, site visit, crew call time, the works. Here's exactly how it goes down, and where people usually mess it up.At the heart of every product lies a unique story, driven by our passion for quality and innovation. Each item enhances your everyday life and sparks joy.
TELL US THE DETAILS
Venue, date, guest count, style, budget. The more you give us up front, the faster the quote comes back.
WE DESIGN IT, YOU APPROVE IT
A sketch goes out for sign-off. Nothing gets ordered until you say yes.
WE SHOW UP AND BUILD IT
Crew arrives on a schedule built around your start time, builds on-site, adjusts for the room, tears down if that's in your package.
DALLAS HEAT CHANGES THE BUILD
Latex softens and pops faster in direct sun and high heat, so outdoor pieces lean on foil, UV-treated latex, or shaded placement. We time setup for the cooler part of the day whenever the schedule allows.
AIR CONDITIONING MATTERS TOO
Cold air can shrink balloons right after inflation. For indoor events we build in the room the piece will live in, or time inflation close to the event so it doesn't matter.
PLACED WITH THE ROOM IN MIND
Sightlines, exits, and catering stations get factored in at the design stage — not adjusted around after the fact.
VENUE ACCESS, DISCOVERED TOO LATE
Locked doors, narrow hallways, loading dock restrictions found on install day mean redesigning on the spot. The site visit catches these — but only if it happens.
OUTDOOR WITH NO WEATHER PLAN
No confirmed shade, no wind check, no backup timing — and the piece doesn't make it through the reception.
VAGUE DESIGN BRIEFS
"Something colorful and fun," no reference photos, no palette — that's three rounds of revisions and a compressed approval window.
SMALL LOGISTICS, SKIPPED
Crew parking, power access, table placement, other vendors' timelines — all of it eats into the setup window if nobody confirms it ahead of time.
Can you work with my venue's restrictions on walls or ceilings?
Yes — that's standard, not an exception. Most venues have rules about tape, adhesive, or ceiling mounts, and we design around them from the start. Freestanding frames, weighted bases, and clip-mounted structures get us the same look without touching a restricted surface.
How long do balloons last after installation, especially outdoors?
Indoors, a well-built installation holds its shape for several days. Outdoors in Dallas heat, plan on the piece looking its best for the event window itself — roughly 4–6 hours — which is exactly why we time outdoor inflation as close to the event as possible instead of the night before.
What happens if I need to change the design after approving it?
Small changes — a color swap, a size adjustment — are usually fine before materials get ordered. Bigger changes after that point may mean new materials and added cost, since specialty pieces get ordered specifically for your design once it's signed off.
Do you handle setup and takedown, or is that on me?
Both are part of what we do. Takedown is typically included on larger installations and available as an add-on for smaller ones — we'll confirm which applies when we quote your event.
How far ahead should I book during peak season?
Spring and summer wedding season fills our calendar fastest. For anything April through June, book 4–6 weeks out if you can. Smaller pieces have more flexibility, but full-room designs during peak months go on a waitlist once we're booked.
