Designed around your space
A sanctuary and a backyard need very different things. Indoors, we plan around ceiling height, entrances, and how people move through the room. Outdoors, we think about weather, wind, and property boundaries.
Celebrating with your church or community group? We can match your brand colors, too. Share a HEX or Pantone reference, your brand guidelines, or a physical color sample, and we'll compare it against the professional balloon brands we carry. If an exact shade isn't made, we'll test options or layer balloons to get closer.

What it costs
Custom installs start at $65. From there, the price moves with size, style, balloon quantity, venue, and installation needs. Two parties of the same size can land differently if one has a tricky venue or a high install point.

Fiesta Forever and The Patriot are fixed-price options that work well for simpler backyard and family setups. Prefer to build it yourself? The DIY kit is a great lower-commitment route.
Want extras like backdrops, shimmer walls, custom signage, or balloon walls? Those are chosen individually and priced to your event.
Setup and takedown, handled
We install on-site and can come back to remove everything once the celebration wraps. Takedown is typically its own service, based on your install and venue, and we walk through it in your proposal so you know what's included before you book.
Using Balloon Therapy rental structures, or does your venue need everything out right after the event? We'll schedule our team to return for breakdown.
Booking a church or venue that wants paperwork? We carry general liability insurance and can provide proof of insurance when it's required.

When to reach out
Family celebrations often come together fast, and we get that. Depending on availability, we can often take on installs with as little as 24 to 48 hours' notice. Timing depends on the size and complexity of the design, the materials needed, and our current schedule, so it's worth asking even if your date is close.
Planning something bigger? Custom structures, branded designs, and high-demand weekend dates benefit from more runway. The earlier you call, the more room we have to get it right.

QUESTIONS WE GET
Is a deposit required to hold my date?
Yes. A 50% deposit secures your date, and the rest is due on the payment schedule in your proposal. Everything runs through our online invoicing system, and your invoice shows the payment methods available.
Can you work around backdrops or signage I'm renting elsewhere?
Absolutely. We can design around marquee letters and other rentals as part of your overall event look.
Where do you install?
Dallas and the DFW area are home base, and we also install across Texas and nationwide. Our shop is at 11363 Denton Dr, Suite 115.
