Same-night takedown is standard, since most banquet rooms turn over for a breakfast meeting or another event before you've even left the parking lot. We handle setup and teardown ourselves rather than handing the back half off to a subcontracted crew — worth asking any vendor about, since it's a common place where damage and delays happen. If your venue allows décor to stay overnight, we'll work out a next-day pickup instead.
