Organic garlands, arches, balloon walls, photo moments, or a big statement installation. Any of them can work for a grad party, whether you're at home or in a rented venue. It comes down to the look you want.

School colors come up a lot this time of year. Send us a Pantone number, a brand sample, or even a photo, and we'll compare it against the professional balloon brands we carry. If an exact match isn't made, we'll test shades or double-stuff balloons to get as close as we can, and we'll think about how the color will photograph under your venue's lighting.

Surprise parties

We love being part of a good surprise. We'll coordinate quietly with you, your venue, family members, or your event planner, and we can schedule the install around the guest of honor's arrival so nothing gets spoiled.

Surprise plans tend to firm up late, and we get that. Installs can often happen with as little as 24 to 48 hours' notice. Timing depends on the size and complexity of the design, the materials needed, and our schedule. If your date is close, call anyway and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.

A few things that help: share any timing requirements or access instructions early, so the reveal stays under wraps.

Themed birthdays

Kids' parties, milestone birthdays, and luxury adult celebrations are all part of our regular mix. Nothing comes from a fixed template. A dinosaur-themed first birthday and a black-and-gold 40th are two completely different projects, and we treat them that way.

Everything is built around your theme, color palette, venue, and vision. From there, we can layer in custom backdrops, shimmer walls, mosaics, and custom signage if the event calls for it. Garlands, arches, walls, helium arrangements, and larger installations are all on the table for first birthdays too.

What it costs

Balloon décor starts in the hundreds. From there, the price moves with size, style, balloon quantity, venue, and installation requirements. We don't charge a flat per-foot rate, because a tight hallway garland and a ballroom-sized wall take very different amounts of material and labor.

Delivery and installation fees vary by location and project, and we sort those out in your quote.

See it before the day

For custom installations and larger events, our design team can create digital mockups and design presentations so you can picture the décor in your space. We take your theme, colors, venue, and overall aesthetic into account, and the goal is simple: you feel confident and excited before event day.

Mockups are offered based on the scope of the project. We also carry general liability insurance and can provide proof of insurance when a venue asks for it. We work with hotels, universities, schools, and corporate spaces with their own vendor rules, so just share your venue's requirements early.

Quick Answers

Is a deposit required to hold my date?

Yes. A 50% deposit secures your event date, and the remaining balance is due on the schedule in your proposal. Payments go through our online invoicing system.
What if my venue or guest count changes

We'll re-evaluate the installation instead of sticking to the original plan. A new venue can change ceiling height, wall space, attachment points, and guest flow, so a design that fit one room perfectly might feel too small or too much in another. Let us know as soon as a change is confirmed so we can adjust before production.
Do you set up at the venue, or is it a DIY kit?

Both. Custom installations are designed, built, and installed by our team at your venue. We also offer a fixed-price DIY kit for hosts who want to assemble and hang the garland at home.
Where do you install?

Dallas and the DFW area, including Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Richardson, Addison, Carrollton, Irving, Las Colinas, Grapevine, Southlake, Flower Mound, Lewisville, Denton, Arlington, Fort Worth, Prosper, and Celina. Larger corporate events and specialty installs can travel throughout Texas. Our studio is at 11363 Denton Dr, Suite 115.
