Pick your look
Garlands, arches, walls, photo moments, helium arrangements, and larger installations are all on the menu. Size and colors are tailored to your party, whether that's a soft palette for a first birthday or a bold statement wall for a teen's surprise.
Most designs land in one of two styles: elegant organic for a softer, classic feel, or large-scale statement for a bigger photo-moment vibe. Your theme, color palette, venue, and vision shape the rest. A jungle-themed first birthday and a pastel milestone party look nothing alike, even though we start the same way.

Bring us a brand color, a HEX or Pantone reference, brand guidelines, or a physical sample, and we'll compare it against the professional balloon brands we carry.
An exact shade isn't always made. When that happens, we test a few options or layer balloons (we call it double-stuffing) to get closer. We also think about how the color will photograph and how your venue's lighting will play with it.

Balloon décor starts in the hundreds. Every custom install is priced by size, style, balloon quantity, venue, installation requirements, and customization. That means a small garland over a dessert table and a full balloon wall behind a photo setup are quoted differently.

Prefer to build it yourself? The DIY kit gets you a set price, and you handle the assembly and hanging. With a custom install, we handle all of it, and you also get more design range than a kit can offer.
Last-minute? Call anyway.
We can often take on installs with as little as 24 to 48 hours' notice, depending on our availability. A small arch is easier to fit in fast than a full balloon wall with custom structures, so timing depends on size, design complexity, materials, and what's already on our calendar.
If your date is just around the corner, reach out anyway. We'll do everything we can to bring your vision to life. Bigger or more custom builds do benefit from more lead time, so the sooner you call, the more room we have.

We carry general liability insurance and can provide proof of insurance when a venue or corporate client needs it. We regularly work in hotels, universities, schools, and corporate spaces with their own vendor rules.

How far in advance should I book?
It depends on the size and complexity of the design. Larger, more custom installs like more lead time, while smaller setups can sometimes happen with 24 to 48 hours' notice. Reach out as soon as your date is set and we'll have the most room to plan.
Do you offer backdrops or signage?
Yes. We offer custom backdrops, shimmer walls, specialty display structures, balloon mosaics, custom signage, branded elements, and other decorative rentals. Availability and options vary by event, so ask what fits your celebration.
How do I secure my date?
A 50% deposit holds your event date, and the remaining balance is due on the schedule in your proposal. Payments run through our online invoicing system, and your invoice shows the payment methods available.
What happens to the balloons after the party?
Takedown is typically a separate service, based on your installation and venue. If your design uses rental structures or the venue needs everything out right away, we can schedule a return for breakdown. We cover takedown details and fees in your proposal before you book.
Where do you install?
Dallas and the DFW area, including Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Richardson, Addison, Carrollton, Farmers Branch, Irving, Las Colinas, Grapevine, Southlake, Colleyville, Flower Mound, Lewisville, Denton, Arlington, Fort Worth, Prosper, Celina, and surrounding communities. We can also travel across Texas for larger corporate events, brand activations, and specialty installs. Delivery and installation fees vary by location and project.
